1. No Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our courses, all sales are final and non-refundable.

  • Once course access is granted, we cannot offer a refund, cancellation, or exchange.

2. Duplicate Payment

  • If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, please email support@bizkro.com with proof. We will verify and initiate a refund within 7–10 business days if eligible.

3. Technical Issues

  • If you are experiencing any technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.

4. Chargebacks

  • Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in a permanent account ban.
