Once course access is granted, we cannot offer a refund, cancellation, or exchange.
If you are charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error, please email support@bizkro.com with proof. We will verify and initiate a refund within 7–10 business days if eligible.
If you are experiencing any technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first will be considered a breach of these terms and may result in a permanent account ban.
